By identifying developmental concerns at the earliest stages, we enable children and families to access appropriate support, therapy, and intervention services during the most critical periods of development.

Skills Development
& Capacity Building
Building a skilled workforce capable of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children with developmental, neurological, and rehabilitation needs. Through structured training programmes, fellowships, workshops, and continuing education initiatives, we strengthen clinical expertise, interdisciplinary collaboration, research capabilities, and community-based care.
Annual Goal: 50+ healthcare professionals and 50+ community health workers trained
Advanced Paediatric Fellowship & Certification Programmes
Comprehensive training programmes for physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
The curriculum integrates developmental neuroscience, paediatric assessment, clinical reasoning, early intervention, neurorehabilitation, family-centred care, evidence-based practice, research, leadership, and emerging technologies to prepare clinicians for advanced paediatric practice.

Continuing Development for Healthcare Professionals
Specialised workshops and training programmes for paediatricians, developmental specialists, neonatologists, family physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Topics include developmental screening, early identification of neurodevelopmental conditions, multidisciplinary management, disability rights and certification, family-centred care, and community-based rehabilitation.

Paediatric Workshops for Community Health Workers
Capacity-building programmes that equip frontline health workers with the skills to identify developmental delays and disabilities, conduct developmental surveillance, educate families, support referrals, and facilitate access to early intervention services within communities.

Education
Empowering parents, families, caregivers, educators, and communities with the knowledge and resources needed to support neurodiverse children.
Our educational programmes provide practical guidance on understanding developmental conditions, accessing government schemes and disability benefits, obtaining certifications, navigating inclusive education, and supporting a child's development, participation, and wellbeing at home, school, and in the community. The programme also promotes maternal and family wellbeing through education on early prenatal care, healthy pregnancies, and supporting parents and caregivers to build nurturing environments for children and families.
